 Hello SLCC Members, Supporters, Familia!Happy June! A great month that includes graduations, vacations and the start of summer. This past month was one of the busiest months this year. We hosted seven ribbon cuttings, our monthly mixer, a multi-chamber mixer, the Business 101 Series, and our 9th Annual Installation & Awards Dinner. Additionally, we hosted the second of five Loteria game nights with the Modesto Nuts, with the grand prize being a 75” television donated by San Joaquin Valley College. Other TV nights were sponsored by Barrios Realty, Marble Palace, and J Peter Realtors. This month, we are excited to be hosting our Summer Bash Multi-Chamber Mixer. The mixer will take place at Contentment Brewery. As part of the mixer, SLCC and Contentment Brewery made a beer for our Chamber. Additionally, we are hosting a naming contest for the beer during the festivals this month. The winner will receive a $200 gift card to Contentment Brewery. The winner will be announced at our Multi-Chamber Mixer June 20th, as well as the showcase of the beer. Lastly, since it is June, I want to wish a «Happy Father’s Day, Feliz Dia Del Padre», to all the dads out there. Wishing you all a happy June, stay cool and remember, we are «A Chamber for Everyone.» |

| For over 25 years, ACE has been a reliable express service for City of Modesto and County residents to the Tri-Valley and Silicon Valley for commuting to work, traveling to colleges and universities, as well as leisure trips to Bay Area destinations. ACE will soon provide service to Modesto and Ceres to welcome new riders on board for trips for work and fun like the special train service for select 49ers home games. For those who are new to ACE, the first trip is free with the ACE Test Ride program. |

| The Chamber’s second Loteria Night with the Modesto Nuts was a huge success. Many attendees purchased Loteria Cards for $10 with a chance to win several prizes including the Grand Prize, a 75″ television donated by San Joaquin Valley College. Alina (pictured above) purchased a $10 Loteria card and ended up winning the grand prize valued at over $500! The Chamber will host 3 more Loteria game nights at the Modesto Nuts this Summer.Don’t miss your chance to win big! |
